General Information

Milford United Methodist Church is located at 1200 Atlantic Street, next to the Milford Post Office.

Services and Times:

We offer two Sunday worship services: 9:30 am Traditional Worship*, 11:00 am Contemporary Worship**. Children’s Church is offered during both services.

*The traditional service offers all the moments that inspire and move you: prayer, hymns, the Chancel Choir and a message to help you connect with God in a traditional manner.

**The contemporary service will feature music as a centerpiece to the worship experience, along with visuals, an inspiring message, and other creative elements to help you connect with God.

Nursery Care:

A staffed nursery is open upstairs from 9:45 a.m. to noon, with a certified adult caregiver.

During worship, we invite children through fifth grade to attend Children’s Church in the Education wing. Or, they may stay with their family in the sanctuary.

Special Needs:

If you need a LARGE-PRINT HYMNAL, hearing device, walker, wheelchair, or other assistance, simply notify an usher.

What to Expect

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the service to allow time for parking and seating. Please visit the welcome desk located in the Fellowship Hall.

How do I dress?

Whatever makes you feel comfortable is what is important as we gather together to worship. Some people dress in business causal and others in blue jeans or shorts. Saturday worship dress is casual.

Church Fellowship

A church fellowship time takes place between the two worship services. We encourage you stay after the traditional service or come early to the contemporary to meet and visit with others. During this informal time refreshments are served, like coffee, water, juice along with snack foods such as baked goods, cheeses, and fruit.
