Meet Up and Eat Up Program – This is a summer meals program for children to ensure that those who normally receive free or reduced lunch at school can continue to receive nutritious meals during the long summer vacation. Volunteers from MUMC serve lunch at a local community mobile home park in Wixom on Monday through Friday from mid-June until the end of August. Average number of children fed per day is 26-40. The aim is to not only to feed the children nutritious food, but to also express God’s love through hospitality.
