
Pastor David Huseltine
Rev. David Huseltine received his BA degree from Wayne State University and earned his Masters of Divinity degree from Boston University School of Theology. Pastor David attended Detroit Public Schools and graduated from Finney High School. Prior to serving at Milford United Methodist Church he served at Redford Aldersgate United Methodist Church. He has been in ministry for 37 years serving several churches in the metro Detroit area as well as Tawas, Michigan.
Pastor David and his wife, Carol, were married amidst Covid in July 2020. Carol is a retired Special Education Teacher. She taught over 30 years in Detroit Public Schools and 7 additional years in the Archdiodiocese of Detroit. David has one adult child, Deacon, who goes by the pronouns; they/them. Deacon works in a law office in Troy, Michigan. Deacon lives in Northville with their partner Quill.
Pastor David enjoys watching sports, working out, and golfing. David and Carol enjoy dining out, traveling and a day at Comerica Park. . . GO TIGERS!

Keith Prestridge
Worship Leader/Music Director
Keith graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor’s of Music in Education. He went on to receive a Master’s of Music in Performance on Saxophone from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA. Married to Dianne since 1982, they have been blessed with daughter Katherine. Living in Louisiana for five years and Texas for 31 years, Keith taught private lessons on saxophone, flute, and clarinet for many years before becoming a Church Music Director. He was the choir director at Trailwood UMC in Grand Prairie, TX, leading the Chancel Choir, Handbells, and Children’s Choir. The family moved to Mesquite, TX where Keith was Music Director at the First United Methodist Church for 16 years, leading the Chancel Choir and Children’s Choir, and he helped develop and start a Contemporary Service. While in Louisiana he played in various big bands and in Texas enjoyed playing in an 18 piece Christian Big Band for over a decade. In addition to his worship and music duties at MUMC, he still enjoys playing instruments whenever possible.
